The Company
NETALG was founded in 2012 to pursue opportunities in the area of Software Test Automation. With a strong expertise and background from the Telecommunications Industry NETALG created the Octopus test suite which provides the basis for a portfolio of services and solutions for Network Operators and for Software Developers.
Based inn UK NETALG offers in-depth expertise and best practices in test automation. NETALG can help identify which test processes to automate and help enterprises improve product quality and time to market. NETALG also have hands-on expertise with the leading automation tools like Jenkins, EggPlant or Selenium Webdrive.

Anton Kalachev has more than 15 years experience working for the major telecom equipment vendors such as Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco in different directions including new product introduction, systems engineering and development. Due to the diverse working experience Anton has an excellent understanding of the software product lifecycle as well as network service requirements.
In 2012 Anton founded Netalg Innovations Ltd (trading as Netalg) with the main focus on the consulting services related to network systems engineering, quality assurance and test automation solutions. With an excellent understanding of the test automation methods and its impact on productivity and service quality Anton has led a number of automation deployments for both network providers and equipment vendors.
Business Development Director
Jorge Leite has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 30 years with experience across different technologies and in the deployment of large-scale telecommunications systems. He joined Motorola in Germany in 1986 after having worked for two years in two-way radio systems and prior to that five years in satellite communications. During his career within Motorola, Jorge has been responsible for successful large-scale radio planning projects in two-way radio systems, analogue cellular, GSM 900 and GSM 1800. Managed several UMTS projects, was responsible for the introduction of WiMAX 802.16e within Central Europe and worked in LTE projects. In 2011 joined Nokia Siemens Networks.
Jorge holds a degree in electrical engineering, a master’s degree in telecommunications systems, a master’s degree in international business and administration and was PMP certified and member of the Project Management Institute.
